NATO after the Lisbon summit the consequences for Central and Eastern Europe

Due to the weakening importance of the ‘open door’ policy and the crisis in the concept of partnership with states outside NATO, the long-term consequence of this summit may be a drop in the Alliance's involvement in the CIS area.
