Since 2000 at the Centre for Eastern Studies, initially as Russian media analyst and editor of the OSW news service, and since 2001, as analyst of Russia’s internal policy

Other professional experience:
2000-2009 – missions to Russia (Moscow and the regions), Ukraine, Belarus, the Baltic States, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Armenia, the EU and the USA; participation in international forums and conferences, including in Russia, the USA and Germany. Participation in the European Commission‘s working meetings.
Internship at the American Enterprise Institute in Washington (2005-2006).
Co-operation with the Batory Foundation (national Soros Foundation, since 2006).
Co-operation with the Nowa Europa Wschodnia bimonthly (since 2008, as the author of the Russia column).
Co-operation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Foreign Service, since 2008).
